"Xenia" is a coming of age Greek road movie. Two young brothers are on a journey to find their estranged Greek father. Their Albanian mother who was a singer had died recently. If their father would recognize them as his sons they will get the Greek nationality. The nearly 16-year-old brother Danny is a flamboyant boy who gets himself into trouble regularly. He is the one who gets hold of a gun to possibly force their father to acknowledge them. The 18-year-old brother Odysseus is more wise but gets animated a lot by his younger brother. Odysseus is for instance convinced by Danny to audition for a singing competition. Winning this competition is mothers wish come true and might also provide the Greek citizenship for Odysseus.
