Jean, a 55-year-old policeman, discovers his son, Maxime, hanged in a hotel room. The autopsy shows that he died from an overdose of GHB, just seven minutes after his boyfriend. Desperate to know what led to this tragic event, Jean visits a club that his son used to frequent, and starts forming an unusual relationship with a much younger man.
